Polyneoptera ファイロゲノミクス

直翅系昆虫の単系統性にウェイトが置かれてるんだけど，その割にはカワゲラとかジュズヒゲとか超重要なサンプルが入っていなくて，これで Polyneoptera の単系統性が支持されました！ナナフシとシロアリモドキが姉妹群ですっ！って言われても，「で？」って感じかな．

系統関係の推定だけがこの論文の目的じゃないけど，そっちの議論はまだ読んでない．

ミトコンの配置転換がいくつか．高次系統の結果，クビナガカメムシが最基部に．核＋ミトコンの部分配列から出された（ただしアライメントに問題のある）こっちの結果より納得出来る．

コナチャタテノミトコンゲノムと系統

コナチャタテのミトコンドリアが２つの環状遺伝子から構成されていることが明らかになりました．またミトコンドリアゲノムに基づく系統解析では，核の結果と異なり，シラミ目の単系統性が指示されています．
